Windridge is governed by a Board of Directors elected from the community. This is a voluntary group and their time and efforts are truly appreciated. Every resident is encouraged to attend the meetings and provide input. If you are interested in assisting or participating, please come to our board meetings on the third Monday of the month in the Community Room at 7 PM (schedule may change – See Board Meeting Schedule).
The Board’s responsibilities include –
*oversight of the property and the management team
*final budgetary approval
*long range planning
*approval of changes in the grounds or condos
*the enforcement of the by-laws
