Windridge association fees cover a wide range of services and most exterior maintenance.

  • You will receive a individual property tax bill from the City/County.
  • You will also be responsible for obtaining insurance for the interior of your home & garage and your possessions.
  • You will be responsible for your foundation landscaping.
  • You WILL NOT receive a water/sewer bill.

  • Exterior plumbing repairs when needed
  • Maintenance of roads, fences & tennis court on a regular schedule
  • Termite testing on a regular schedule with control & treatment when needed
  • Security gate includes two remote fobs & visitor call feature that allows you to open the gate from your home
  • Security Cameras at the North Gates
  • Security lights on the perimeter & street lights
  • Garage bulbs regularly checked & replaced
